Welding Services- Conventional Welding

A&E Machine Shop, Inc. offers a broad range of welding capabilities, with all welders trained and certified to American Welding Society (AWS) standards. We maintain strict control over welding parameters to ensure consistent, high‑quality results.
Our facility specializes in MIG welding for aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel. We also provide TIG welding for aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and nickel, allowing us to deliver precise and reliable welds across a variety of applications.

A&E Machine Shop, Inc. is experienced in welding with numerous filler metals. Our operators are certified in flux core, metal core, and solid wire processes for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. When feasible by design, welding is completed in the 1G flat position to ensure consistent quality.
Welding procedures are developed in‑house to support moderate to complex product designs and follow American Welding Society (AWS) standards. We monitor critical welding parameters including filler metal specifications, voltage, wire speed, torch angles, shielding gas flow rates, and travel speeds.
