Our story began with Earl Alexander—a builder, a craftsman, and a man whose determination shaped the foundation of A&E Machine Shop. Through hard work, skill, and vision, Earl built this shop by hand and established a standard of integrity, perseverance, and pride in every detail.

Those values became the heartbeat of our business and continue to guide us today. Earl passed down that legacy to his daughters, who now lead A&E with the same commitment to quality and service their father instilled in them.

Today, Earl’s grandchildren have also stepped into the business, helping carry forward the work ethic and dedication that started this shop decades ago. With multiple generations involved, A&E remains a true family business—built on trust, craftsmanship, and the belief that every job deserves to be done the right way.
